Scott Morrison: Sole Proprietor
Mr. Scott Morrison has a Bachelors of Science in Music with a double concentration in K-12 Music Education and Percussion Performance. His former instructors include: Dr. Ron Horner (Frostburg State University), Ron Barnett (University of Maryland, ret.), Denis Kain (timpanist, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, ret.), Steve Fidyk (drum set), Janice Potter (solo marimba artist), Wendy Morrison (Irish tin whistle), and Albert Alfonso (bodhrán). Mr. Morrison was an elementary school band director for the Baltimore County Public School System for two years, regularly substitutes as a music teacher in the Howard County Public School System, and has taught percussion clinics and camps at Long Reach High School, Howard High School, Centennial High School, Oakland Mills High School and Wilde Lake High School amongst others. He has extensive orchestral, drum set, theatrical, marching, solo, and traditional performance experiences in the MD, VA, and PA areas and regularly appears at The House Of Musical Traditions in Takoma Park, MD as a clinician and workshop leader.
